How long does delivery take?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Standard shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days, while Priority shipping takes 2 to 3 days.If you choose Express, your order will arrive in about 5-7 business days.
How long do custom orders take to ship?
Custom items need a little extra time to be made just for you! Please allow 5 to 10 extra days for production. Note that paying for faster shipping only speeds up the delivery time, not the production time. Custom items are final sale.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Shipping delays happen occasionally. If your tracking information hasn’t updated in 10 days, please reach out to us. We will happily issue a replacement or store credit.
My tracking says "delivered", but I don't have my package. What now?
First, check around your property and ask your neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered a bit early. If your package still hasn’t shown up after a few days (up to 10 days), contact us to arrange for store credit.
What is your refund and return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund (minus shipping costs). If you return an item between 31 and 60 days, we will issue store credit. We cannot accept returns after 60 days, and custom-made items cannot be returned.

Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay lets you split your total order cost into four equal payments, billed every two weeks with zero interest. Just select Afterpay at checkout to set up your payment plan.
How should I wash and care for my pet items?
Most of our fabric products, like bandanas and hats, can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle and air-dried. For hardware items like collars, harnesses, and waste bag dispensers, we recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand washing to keep them looking new.
