At Pounce and Ply, your satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of every pet product we make. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, or if you simply need a different size or style, we are here to make things right.

How to Return an Item 

To start a hassle-free return, simply visit our online Returns & Exchanges Center. To qualify for a return, your items must be brand new, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.

Refund Timelines & Store Credit

  • Within 30 Days: Returns shipped back within 30 days of the original shipping date will receive a full refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

  • 31 to 60 Days: Returns sent back between 31 and 60 days will be issued as store credit for your next purchase.

  • After 60 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once 60 days have passed.

Note: Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund and any applicable sales tax.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item due to our mistake, we will definitly provide a free return shipping label at no cost to you.

Our “Right Size Guarantee” & Exchanges

We want your pup to have the perfect fit! That is why we offer our Right Size Guarantee, which includes one free size exchange per order. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
